HSCC designs and produces various power modules such as DC/DC isolated, non-isolatedpower modules and motor drive modules. Base on operating conditions and cost, our customers can choose different packaging and material.

● Internal and external connections
● Hermeticity
● Environmental (temperature range-55°C to +125°C、-40°Cto 85°C,salt spray tests, vibrations, EMC, etc.)
